If you or your lending institution require, an independent ICBO certified inspector may be hired to represent your interests throughout the building process.
Homes are inspected frequently during all phases of building.

Alutiiq Manufacturing Contractors is proud to offer several standard and custom floor plan options. Numerous options are available to personalize your home, including cabinets and countertops, floor and siding colors, vanity styles and fireplace options.
Quality Control
Construction of homes in our plants permits work to be done in a controlled environment. The quality of each unit is monitored at every stage of assembly and a check list completed daily at each work station. Testing is performed on the structural, vapor barrier, mechanical and electrical systems.
Guarantee
Our homes include a one year warranty on all materials and workmanship. In addition, each homeowner will receive a manual of manufacturers' extended warranties. This includes major components such as roofing, siding, exterior trim, doors, windows and mechanical equipment.
Available to be hired by you and to represent you in the inspection process is a cost effective, independent third party inspector. The inspection meets all requirements of ICBO and AHFC. Inspection includes all phases of house construction and final site. Contact us for more information.
